This group is designed to meet moms who practice or are interested in practicing yoga; either as a Mommy and Me class or to simply watch our children learn the beauty of yoga as we share with one another. As a children's yoga instructor I love to bring my son to class and share poses and breathing exercises with him at home as we play, it is a special moment for us.
